6.L) The Parks & Recreation Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $109,464. This amount represents a carry forward unspent FY 2025 funds for the Clearbrook Park spray ground. Funds were appropriated in April 2024 and the project is ongoing.  No additional local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
