6.O) The Director of Planning and Development requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $22,772. This amount represents a carry forward of unspent FY 2025 for the Cost of Land Uses Fiscal Impact Analysis.  The project was delayed by the contractor.  No additional local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
