6.P) The Director of Planning and Development requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $37,590. This amount represents a carry forward of unspent FY 2025 for the Frederick County NPS24-085 Zoning Ordinance Update Phase 1.  The project was delayed by the consultant.  No additional local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
