6.H) Finance Committee Item: The Public Works Director requests a $49,438 FY 2027 General Fund supplemental appropriation representing a camera surveillance system and a pet pantry program at the Animal Shelter.   The Public Works Committee has approve the request.  No local funds required.  Funds are available in the Animal Shelter reserve. The committee recommends approval.
