6.D) Human Resources Committee Item: The Committee unanimously recommended approval of the addition of the Finance Systems & Business Analyst, Accounting Manager, and Finance Specialist – Payroll classifications to the County’s Salary Administration Program by reclassifying three existing positions to enhance departmental efficiency.

6.F) Finance Committee Item: The IT Director requests a $3,887 FY 2027 General Fund carry forward appropriation.  This amount represents unspent FY 2026 funds for the ongoing Cognos Implementation Project.  No additional local funds above the existing appropriation are requested. The committee recommends approval.

6.G) Finance Committee Item: The Public Works Director requests a $5,035,197 FY 2027 Landfill Fund carry forward appropriation representing unspent FY 2026 funds for repair and maintenance projects, a water truck, and CDD Landfill construction and expansion.  The request has been approved by the Public Works Committee.  No local funds required. The committee recommends approval.

6.H) Finance Committee Item: The Public Works Director requests a $49,438 FY 2027 General Fund supplemental appropriation representing a camera surveillance system and a pet pantry program at the Animal Shelter.   The Public Works Committee has approve the request.  No local funds required.  Funds are available in the Animal Shelter reserve. The committee recommends approval.

6.I) Finance Committee Item: The Parks & Recreation Director requests a $40,481 FY 2027 General Fund carry forward appropriation representing unspent FY 2026 SGEMF funds for the purchase of a vehicle.  No local funds above the existing appropriation are required. The committee recommends approval.
