6.N) Finance Committee Item: The WRAA Executive Director requests a $1,260,000 FY 2027 Airport Capital Fund supplemental appropriation for the Northside Site Prep Phase 1 construction project.  This amount is in excess of the $1,200,000 budgeted.  No local funds are required. The committee recommends approval.

6.O) Finance Committee Item: The WRAA Executive Director requests a $424,800 FY 2027 Airport Capital Fund supplemental appropriation for the Taxiway Relocation Phase 3 construction project.  This amount is in excess of the $7,000,000 budgeted.  No local funds are required. The committee recommends approval.

6.P) Finance Committee Item: The Deputy County Administrator requests a $20,723 FY 2027 carry forward appropriation of unspent FY 2026 funds representing maintenance projects that are currently progressing.  No local funds above the existing appropriation are required. The committee recommends approval.

6.Q) Finance Committee Item: The Deputy County Administrator requests a $744,000 FY 2027 General Fund supplemental appropriation for the purchase and installation of a new rubber roof for the County Administration North and South buildings and the Board of Supervisors meeting room. Of this amount $450,000 is a carry forward of unspent FY 2026 funds approved for the project.  The remaining $294,000 represents local funds needed. The committee recommends approval.
