6.Q) Finance Committee Item: The Deputy County Administrator requests a $744,000 FY 2027 General Fund supplemental appropriation for the purchase and installation of a new rubber roof for the County Administration North and South buildings and the Board of Supervisors meeting room. Of this amount $450,000 is a carry forward of unspent FY 2026 funds approved for the project.  The remaining $294,000 represents local funds needed. The committee recommends approval.
