6.O) Finance Committee Item: The WRAA Executive Director requests a $424,800 FY 2027 Airport Capital Fund supplemental appropriation for the Taxiway Relocation Phase 3 construction project.  This amount is in excess of the $7,000,000 budgeted.  No local funds are required. The committee recommends approval.
