8.A) Employee Grievance Panel Pool   Because of attrition, there is a need to increase the pool of available Grievance Panel members. Applicants who have management and supervisory experience or those who are human resources professionals are encouraged to apply. Those appointed to the Grievance Panel Pool may be called to serve on a specific employee Grievance Panel on an as needed basis.   See the attached application of Tom Royston.
