10.C) 3. The Public Works Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $20,406.22. This amount represents Flemming trust funds unspent in FY22 ($406.22) and additional funds for FY23 ($20,000) to be used for the spay/neuter program. No local funds required. This item has been approved by the Public Works Committee. The committee recommends approval.
