The Board will enter a closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sec. 2.2-3711(A)(3) and (5) for discussion or consideration of the disposition of publicly held real property, one or more retail spaces at Sunnyside Plaza, Sunnyside Plaza Drive, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body; and discussion concerning the expansion of an existing business or industry where no previous announcement has been made of the business' or industry's interest in expanding its facilities in the community.
