10.R) The Finance Director requests a public hearing for a General Fund and County Capital Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $24.9 million. This amount represents they FY22 yearend General Fund fund balance in excess of 20% to be transferred to the Capital Fund per policy. The committee recommends holding a public hearing.
