11.A) Application Preparation Expenditures Request: The Committee recommends that the Board authorize staff to incur expenses under the transportation fund for several efforts related to preparation for upcoming application rounds and due diligence for project development/readiness. These are the Lenoir Drive slip ramps conceptual layout and cost estimate, concept drawings and cost estimates for Transportation Alternatives program applications and the concept drawings and cost estimates for Revenue Sharing program applications. The estimated cost for these efforts through the end of the fiscal year is expected to be under $100,000.00.

The Board of Supervisors will Conduct a Public Hearing on a Proposed Lease Agreement Between the County of Frederick, Virginia and Tee Spot Reaching Higher Heights, LLC for Space Located at 341 Sunnyside Plaza Drive and More Particularly Described as Certain Real Property Containing Approximately 3,000 Square Feet Said Property Being Part of that Parcel Identified as Parcel Number 53-D-3-5 in the Stonewall Magisterial District. The Lease Would be for a Term of Two Years Commencing on January 1, 2023 and Expiring on December 31, 2024.

Horton, is requesting a waiver to the public street requirementsspecified in §144-24(C) of the Subdivision Ordinances.
