I strongly oppose the sub division of this property. This area has enough new housing construction. Sub dividing this property will have an enormous effect on the surrounding properties. It is my understanding that 5 2 acre spots and 1 5 acre spot has already been sold from this property for development. If the aforementioned has already been sold for development I can only imagine the devastation from another 20 plus wells and septic system. This will have a massive impact on the surrounding farmland from an ecological standpoint, This will be accessed from Grim Road and Wise Mill Lane. Grim road is only a lane and a half in its best spots and Wise Mill is a narrow gravel lane. Grim Road is already heavily travelled as a cut over to avoid Stephens City and sees many accidents because of the amount of traffic and the design of the road. It is because of these factors traffic, ecological well and septic's and the current spots that are already slated for development that I strongly urge you to deny this request and stop making our county just a bunch of homes and no rural areas.
