11.A) Proposed Granting of an Easement from the County of Frederick, Virginia to Robert and Julie Owens, on Tax Parcel Number 33-A-162A.  The Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing on granting an easement of 2 to 4 feet in width, across a portion of Tax Parcel Number 33-A-162A, owned by the County of Frederick, in the Stonewall Magisterial District, to Robert and Julie Owens. The easement would extend from the boundary of the property of Robert and Julie Owens (Tax Parcel Number 33-A-161), located at 1176 Brucetown Road, to connect with the existing Frederick County Sanitation Authority (Frederick Water) easement running near the western boundary of the property of the County of Frederick (Tax Parcel Number 33-A-162A), 1194 Brucetown Road/112 Clearbrook Drive.
