The Board of Supervisors of Frederick County will enter a closed session pursuant to Virginia Code § 2.2-3711(A)(5) for discussion concerning a prospective business or industry where no previous announcement has been made of the business' or industry's interest in locating its facilities in the community, and Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(1) for personnel matters, specifically the annual evaluation of the county attorney and the county administrator.
