As a resident of the Winchester district, I fully support the ECA purchase/bid for the abandon Aylor property. As of right now, the property sits unused. It is serving no purpose that is beneficial for the surrounding communities. Eukarya Christian Academy provides exceptional educational services, specialized and adaptive learning programs, counseling services, local and global outreach opportunities, and gives children ages k-12 the chance to learn in a loving environment. Allowing Eukarya to purchase and relocate to this facility also ensures that the property remains a school zone and not a commercial zone. As a local young adult in the area, and a future parent of the next generation of students, I believe that allowing Eukarya to purchase this inactive school building will be beneficial for future students and families in the community. I encourage supervisors to vote yes on the Eukarya bid and make the decision that is best for the community and future families seeking these services.
As a resident of the Shawnee District, I support ECA/RCS/Eukarya bid for purchase of the Aylor property. Many perspective students are on waiting lists due to ECA schools growth and the purchase of the Aylor property just makes sense for the families and communities served. As a parent, ECA is a blessing in our families and community by having a choice in alternative education. So I'm asking my representative to vote Yes in support of ECAs bid for Aylor propery. Thank you for your time and positive consideration in this matter before the Board of Supervisors.
As a resident of the Red Bud district, I fully support acceptance of the bid from RCS/Eukarya Christian Academy to purchase the old Aylor Middle school. The old Aylor currently sits abandoned, costing tax payers money while inviting vandalism and opportunity for further destruction of the building. Eukarya is an asset to the community - it offers an alternative style of learning and currently has a long wait list of students who could benefit from a small class size and Classical model of education however it has outgrown its current facility. Not only will selling Aylor to ECA allows for the building to stay a school (instead of storage units or other commercial development) but it also supports the growing, great Winchester community by offering more school choices to residents. Please vote yes on selling Aylor to ECA.

Eukarya is a huge accent to our family and community at large. We are in full support of their purchase of the Aylor building!
