11.A) Proposed Granting of an Easement from the County of Frederick, Virginia to Tirrenia, LLC on Tax Parcel Number:  64-10-5.  The Board of Supervisors will Conduct a Public Hearing on Granting an Easement of 5 Feet in Width and 54 Feet in Length Across a Portion of Tax Parcel Number 64-10-5, Owned by the County of Frederick, Virginia, in the Shawnee Magisterial District, to Tirrenia, LLC.  The Easement Would Extend from the Southeast Property Boundary of Tirrenia, LLC (Tax Parcel Number 64-8-9), Located at 230 Costello Drive, to the Existing Curb on the Property of the County of Frederick (Parcel Number 64-10-5), 252 Costello Drive.
