As a resident of Lake Frederick, the hoa is mot under the residents control and I do not agree with the Board. There has not been any attempt to gather resident opinions or an actual vote. This appears like we are being railroaded. There are other ways to manage road speeding, on of which have been brought to the residents. This is the residents community, just because the developer and builder hasn't built enough units to turn the Bourd over to the residents is no reason to not try to gather our wishes..... just not right.

I am opposed to the Event Center, the minor alterations/changes do not make a difference, 1 hour ending at 9 p.m. will not alter noise.. I work different hours and do not want to be disturbed when I am trying to rest due to having to get up in the early morning to go to work. We have a noise ordinance for our development, Hedgebrook Hills, and the same should apply to the farm property. I have concerns with increased traffic, noise, etc. I don't want to look out my windows or from my deck and see porta pots for my view from my backyard. Our area already has an event center with West Oaks being close by and I can hear the music from that location on the weekends.

I do not support this project. This should remain a quiet, residential neighborhood.

    Thank you.

    Dear Board Members,
I understand there is a noise covenant with Hockman Ct residents- between kitty Hockman and Hockman court.
That alone should end the EC CUP for an event center. Why does it not?
1-Reference to change of live/amplified music from 10pm-9pm.
Unwelcomed Amplified music drifting into our dining times is intrusive.
Appears applicant wants compromise: 15 hours to 14 hours - this is not in spirit of compromise.
12 pm to 6 pm if amplified music must be.

2- too many grills/porta-pots- eyesores on land bordering residential use.
Porta-pots Some porta pots will be permanent- daily picnic opportunities. Poor conceived waste management for this.

We do not need another EC in Back creek district. Back Creek constituents should not bear the burden of this poorly conceived business plan- only 2 employees to run event hosting 150. There’s a lot of trash to clean up- will constituents be doing that as it blows into our yards?

Residential constituents count; pls treat us equal.
