8.A) Information and Discussion:   Shenandoah and Lake Frederick HOA’s Board of Directors are requesting the Frederick County Board of Supervisors adopt an ordinance designating the roads in the Shenandoah & Lake Frederick HOA subdivisions as public roads for law enforcement purposes.   Following the Board's discussion, staff is seeking Board consensus to set a public hearing on the request.
