6.I) Finance Committee Item: The Parks & Recreation Director requests an FY26 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $235,000. This amount represents a carry forward of the Sherando soccer field capital project that was approved in FY25 but was delayed due to the architectural engineer.  Site plans are now approved and staff is working on creating the IFB to secure a contractor.   No additional local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
