Closed Session - 4:00 PM

The Board will enter a closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sec. 2.2-3711(A)(7) and (8) for (i) consultation with legal counsel and briefing by staff members pertaining to probable litigation, by the E. F. Johnson Company and/or one or more other persons, relating to a contract for and a public safety radio system, where such consultation or briefing in open meeting would adversely affect the negotiating or litigating posture of the public body, and (ii) consultation with legal counsel requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel, regarding a contract for and a public safety radio system.
