6.K) Finance Committee Item: The Parks & Recreation Director requests an FY 2027 General Fund carry forward appropriation in the amount of $2,353,328 for the Abrams Creek Trail and Trailhead Parking projects that will not be complete by June 30, 2026.  No additional local funds above the existing appropriation are required. The Finance Committee recommends approval.
