10.O) 15. The NRADC Superintendent requests a Jail Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $300,000. This amount represents reimbursement of medical expenses for the last 3 fiscal years. No local funds required. The committee recommends approval.

The Deputy County Administrator requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $472,954 from available proffer funds and a transfer from the County Capital Fund in the amount of $152,046. The total ($625,000) represents funds needed to renovate space at Sunnyside Plaza to accommodate the relocation of the Voter Registrar’s Office. Any unspent funds in FY22 will carry forward to FY23. The Public Works Committee has recommended approval of the project. The committee recommends approval.
