9.A) Parks & Recreation Commission - Stonewall District Rep. 4-year term of Randy Carter expires 6-23-22. Mr. Carter is ineligible for reappointment because of redistricting.  See attached application of Jennifer Myers.

10) Committee Business - Finance Committee

10.A) 1. The Planning Director provides a proposed Monetary Guaranty and Performance Agreement policy and requests a recommendation from the Committee to the Board of Supervisors for adoption of the policy.  The committee recommends policy adoption with the latitude to make minor edits via the County Attorney.

10.B) *2. The Parks & Recreation Interim Director requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $1,500. This amount represents a donation for volleyball nets at Clearbrook Park.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.

10.C) 3. The EMS Billing Manager requests an EMS Expense Recovery Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $450,000. This amount represents expected revenue and expenses through the end of FY 2022.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.

10.D) 4. The Greenwood Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company President requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $41,398.14. This amount represents available proffer funds for the station renovation.  This item was approved by the Public Safety Committee.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.

10.E) *5. The F&R Chief requests a General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $7,000.  This amount represents the sale of a trailer and will be used to purchase an inflatable fire safety education house and cart.  No local funds required. The committee recommends approval.

10.F) *6. The EDA Director requests an EDA Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $6,300.  This amount represents funds received for the Employer Expo.  No local funds required. The committee recommends approval.

The EDA Director requests an EDA Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $8,936.  This amount represents funds received from Shenandoah County and the City of Winchester for website design and an interactive jobs board for the regional partnership – Shenandoah Valley Talent Solutions Coalition.  No local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
