9.B) Board of Zoning Appeals - Shawnee District Rep. Unexpired 5-year term ends 12-31-23 See attached application of Dolores Stottlemyer.   The BOS sends a recommendation for appointment to the Judge of the Circuit Court and may request an appointment to fill the unexpired term plus an additional 5-year term.

10.A) The Commissioner of the Revenue requests an FY 2024 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $20,500.   This amount represents a carry forward of unspent FY 2023 funds for ChangeFinder services through Pictometry.  The committee recommends approval.

10.B) The Department of Social Services requests an FY 2024 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $16,443.   This amount represents an auto claim and will be used towards the cost of a replacement vehicle.  No local funds required.  The committee recommends approval.
