13.B) Capital Improvement Plan - Minor Update Staff is seeking action from the Board of Supervisors regarding a minor update to the CIP in support of several funding requests that are currently on file with VDOT. While these projects are already conceptually included in the Comprehensive Plan, specific inclusion into the CIP will assist the applications in being more competitive.
