6.J) Finance Committee Item: The Parks & Recreation Director requests an FY26 General Fund supplemental appropriation in the amount of $60,179. This amount represents a carry forward of proffer funds that were appropriated in FY25 for outdoor exercise equipment at Rose Hill Park. The purchase was delayed due to a delay in the parking lot expansion that was required prior to the purchase of the exercise equipment. No local funds required. The committee recommends approval.
