13.A) Waiver 02-25 - Storage Solutions CB LLC Submitted to waive the Subdivision Ordinance §144-24(C) requiring all lots to abut and have direct access to a public street or right-of-way maintained by VDOT. The +/- 27.12-acre property is zoned M1 (Light Industrial) District and is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Martinsburg Pike (Route 11) and Brucetown Road (Route 672) in the Stonewall Magisterial District.
